Marketing for Women in Business
Series of eight workshops aimed at embedding marketing principles into the way we do business. Participants worked on their own businesses as we journeyed through key concepts tools and frameworks with enthusiasm and passion.
Branding and its true value
Workshop designed to assist a prominent bank to service their small business banking customers. Aim was to empower customers with knowledge that would empower them on their growth journey. This deep-dive into the key branding value contributors, value perceptions and long-term value of brand equity, attracted lots of positive ongoing feedback.
Excellence in Relationship Marketing
Designed for a client who wished to reframe the way they work in this business. The new aim was to work towards true customer service excellence. We explored all aspects of what it means to communicate with relationship at the forefront of all aspects of service, operations, concepts and culture. We worked through the customer loyalty ladder, developed detailed target market personas and deepened into customer motivation levels as well as calculated long term Life Time Value of customers. Finally, the attendees created a value chain analysis blueprint for their business.
Business for sale - capturing and transferring value.
Delivered to Public Practice accountants who wished to refine their assistance to their clients who were preparing for sale. We worked through nuances in various industries, sales trends and statistics showing how business buyers perceive value and what businesses should focus on when preparing for sale. Worked through multiple case studies and especially looked at the prices achieved by seemingly “unsaleable” businesses and how this was achieved. Key was the sale also set the next owners up for success.
Succeeding in Business - Startup to Business Visa
Workshop for new migrants entering on a Business Visa and required to achieve key performance indicators within an agreed 2-3 year period. We focused on their original concept and translated that into a sound business model to ensure not only creating value but being able to monetise the value created. Established blueprint of their unique sustainable competitive advantage. We celebrated authenticity whilst considering new cultural norms. Enabled participants to move forward with confidence.
